By accessing and using this Site, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please note that these Terms may be updated periodically without prior notice. Copyrights

All content and features on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, in addition to any concepts, know-how, tools, frameworks, software, applications or other technology, algorithms, models, and processes underlying or embedded in the foregoing (the “Site Content”) are owned exclusively by Turing Labs or its licensors. They are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Site Content without our written permission, except as specified below.

Use of Site Content

Turing Labs hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the term hereof to access and download, display, and print one copy of the Site Content on any single computer solely for your internal, business use, provided that you:

  • do not modify the Site Content in any way (including creating derivative works),

  • retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site Content, and

  • otherwise comply with these Terms.

You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, transmit, post, or disclose the Site Content without Turing Labs’ prior written consent. In addition, you may not “mirror” the Site Content or any portion thereof without Turing Labs’ express written consent.

Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting directly or indirectly, or by implication, any license or right to use any Turing Labs intellectual property other than as expressly set forth herein. The license granted in this section terminates automatically and immediately if you do not comply with these Terms.

User Postings

You acknowledge and agree that Turing Labs shall own and have the unrestricted right to use, publish, and otherwise exploit any and all information that you post or otherwise publish on the Site in postings, forums, message boards, questionnaires, survey responses, and otherwise. By providing us any such submission, you automatically grant Turing Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, sublicensable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify and otherwise exploit such submission for any purpose, in any form or media, not prohibited by applicable law.

You waive any claims against Turing Labs for any alleged or actual infringements of privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or moral rights in connection with Turing Labs’ use of such submissions.

You covenant not to post or publish on the Site any materials that:

  • are threatening, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful,

  • encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense,

  • infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others,

  • contain a virus or destructive element,

  • contain advertising or false/misleading information, or

  • otherwise violate these Terms.

Turing Labs does not represent or endorse the accuracy of user-submitted information and cannot review all information posted to the Site. However, Turing Labs reserves the right to refuse or remove any information, in whole or in part, for any reason.

Notices of Infringement and Takedown by Turing Labs

Turing Labs does not allow any content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights. If you believe your rights are infringed, please contact us with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property right claimed to be infringed.

  2. Identification of the material on the Site that should be removed.

  3. Your contact information.

  4. A statement that you believe the use of the material is unauthorized.

  5. A statement that the information provided is accurate.

  6. Your signature or the signature of someone authorized to act on your behalf.

We will promptly remove infringing material upon receipt of valid notification. Repeat offenders may be banned from posting.

Governing Law; Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without reference to conflict of law principles.
